Hot Yoga Teacher Training Curriculum Overview

1. Start each day with a meditation, alone, on the beach, or with friends.
2. Begin a journal and log your daily meditation experiences
3. Enjoy a superfood smoothie and begin a food journal
4. Walk to the studio for an 8 am Ashtanga Vinyasa class
5. Practice at a 9:30am hot yoga class
6. Enjoy a 11am pranayama & meditation workshop
7. Go to the beach & enjoy a super food lunch. Study the yoga dialogue and prepare for the afternoon session
8. Learn daily lessons in the 2:30-5:30pm workshops with the group and guest teachers. Learn partner yoga & thai yoga therapy.
9. 6pm yoga class observation & teaching methodology.
10. After class enjoy more superfoods & local island cuisine. Study, complete homework, & memorize the teaching dialogue.
11. Sleep like a baby and awake recharged & refreshed.

You will leave this training teaching a dynamic hot yoga system with confidence and joy.
